The annual rivalry between the OPP and the Dorchester Minor Hockey Association Coaches took place on April 22, 2012 at the Thames Centre Recreation Complex in Dorchester. The Dorchester Charity Hockey Game is in its sixth year and featured a silent auction and demonstrations from various community partners.

Popular outdoor displays were put on by the paramedics of Middlesex – London EMS, the OPP and the Thames Centre Fire Department.
Money from the gate was donated to the trust fund set up on behalf of OPP Constable Vu Pham’s three sons, Tyler, Jordan and Joshua. Constable Pham was killed in the line of duty two years ago. The proceeds from the silent auction will support Victim Services of Middlesex County, a non-profit charitable organization which assists police, fire and EMS personnel in providing emotional and practical assistance to victims of crime and tragedy.
